The Museum Store currently ships within the U.S. and U.S. Territories

U.S. Priority Mail Service
• Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery

U.S. Express Mail Service
• Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery
• Suggested shipping method for orders containing chocolate
• Express services will not deliver to a P.O. Box address

*Additional ship charges may apply to heavy, oversized or bulk orders.
*Additional ship charges may apply to remote locations in Alaska and U.S. Territories.

U.S. Shipping & Handling Charges
• A fee of $5.00 will be added to all orders.

• Hawaii Residents: A mandatory 4.712% sales tax will be added to all orders. All other States are exempt at this time. 

Exchange and Return Policy
With receipt - Within 30 days of purchase, any merchandise that has not been used or damaged may be returned along with the corresponding receipt for a full refund or exchange. Without receipt - Merchandise Credit may be issued for items, which have not been used or damaged that are returned without a receipt for the current selling price.

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase.

For exchanges, please include $6.50 for return shipping and handling. If you received damaged goods or incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost to your replacement order.
