Getting to Mission Houses Museum from Waikiki:

Driving

Take Ala Moana Blvd about two miles.  Turn right on Alakea St.  Turn right on King Street.  Turn right on Mission Lane.  Metered street parking is available on Kawaiaha'o Street, Mission Lane and South Street.

The Bus

Routes 2, 4, 13, 42 and Express B

The Bus comes every 15 minutes and makes several stops along Kuhio Ave. in Waikiki. Get off The Bus at the Beretania/Punchbowl stop. Walk one block makai (toward ocean) on Punchbowl. Turn left on King Street. Mission Houses Museum is located one block down on the makai (ocean) side of King Street.

Waikiki Trolley

Must have a day pass to ride the trolley.  Take the Red Line Trolley from Waikiki.  The first Red Line Trolley departs from the Hilton Hawaiian Village at 8:30 am.  The last trolley to Waikiki departs from the King Kamehameha statue at 5:08 pm.  The trolley stops at each stop every hour.  Get off at the 'Iolani palace stop and walk down King Street two blocks.  Mission Houses Museum is located on the makai (ocean) side of the street.  Visit www.waikikitrolley.com for more information.
